Grab Two Free Games Right Now and They Will be Yours to Keep

Happy Friday everyone, or should I say freebie Friday? You can celebrate the impending weekend by grabbing some free games right now and if you take advantage of these offers in time, they will be yours to keep forever, or at least until the inevitable kitten robot uprising occurs.

So let’s get right into things. You can pick up RiME, the awesome puzzle/adventure title for free from the Epic Games Store. The first of the two free games is definitely worth it and it is one of my favourite puzzle games released in the last couple of years. Developed by Tequila Works with a great writer Rob Yescombe doing the story where you play as a young boy who washed up on a mysterious island.

Then, we have a game called Jalopy from Humble Bundle which I think petrolheads out there will thoroughly enjoy. Personally, I haven’t played the game yet, but it sounds like an interesting road trip where you have to maintain your vehicle and try to drive from East Berlin to Turkey.

Grab these free games below before the offers expire:

If you need more convincing to pick up some free games, then check out a description and trailer for both Jalopy and RiME below.

About Jalopy

Adapt to whatever the procedurally generated world of Jalopy can throw at you.

Upgrade, maintain and care for your Laika 601 Deluxe motor vehicle. Keep close attention to everything from the state of your tyres, the condition of your engine and even the space in your trunk. Repair each aspect of your scrappy little car and install unique upgrades to deal with the changing world. Everything from cargo weight to the condition of your carburettor will determine how your car performs on the open road.

The rise of capitalism brings an economical conundrum. Scavenge for scraps to make a small return of investment, or become a baron of the open road and smuggle contraband under the eyes of border patrols to make a sizable profit. Developer Greg Pryjmachuk worked on the Formula 1 franchise from 2009 through to 2014. In late 2014, Greg began work on this new driving simulation featuring the fictional Laika 601 Deluxe car; reminiscent of the East German “Trabbie”, it will need much love and care to keep it going on this memorable road trip![/perfectpullquote]
