HBO has dropped the first teaser for the upcoming The Last Of Us Season 2. Set to debut in 2025, the show picks up where we left off at the end of Season 1.
The first teaser isn’t a long trailer but rather a short look at some of the characters from the upcoming season. It stars Catherine O’Hara, for example. It also starts off with a shot of a very familiar dance scene from the video game.
Joel is asked, “Did you hurt her?” He replies “No”. He is then asked, “Then what? What did you do?”. Of course, if you watched the first season you would know what Joel did but I won’t spoil things for those who haven’t seen the season yet.
The teaser also shows some other familiar scenes from The Last of Us Part II. There are the cult members and the Clickers. We also get a very short shot at Abby. We know the character is being played by Kaitlyn Dever.
HBO hasn’t set an exact date for The Last of Us Season 2. Reports claim the show will debut sometime in early 2025. So let’s wait and see. We will likely get more trailers and content ahead of time.
I saved her.
