The PS5 launch lineup is half-decent. Sure, there are games releasing on the older PS4 hardware too but Sony has done a great job making sure the new hardware has games at launch which users cannot play on non-PlayStation consoles. However, we all know that the real magic will arrive in 2021 as the company plans on releasing Ratchet and Clank: A Rift Apart, Gran Turismo 7 and Horizon Forbidden West. According to the latest PS5 launch trailer, the biggest exclusives are all set to arrive sooner than we expected.

Sony released a New Worlds to Explore trailer which showcases most of the PlayStation exclusive games coming to the hardware. Throughout the trailer, the games which make an appearance all have a launch window attached to them. However, the most interesting of all is the unreleased games such as Returnal, Gran Turismo 7, and Ratchet and Clank: A Rift Apart are set to launch in the first half of 2021. Horizon: Forbidden West states “anticipated second half of 2021”.
It is not much to go on right now but at least gamers can rest assured that 2021 is going to be filled with new PS4 and PS5 games to play. Check out the trailer down below. The PS5 is set to launch on 12 November in the US and 19 November in SA.
