“Just wait until you see the sequel, you’re gonna die. I know some secrets, you’re gonna die”. These were the words from Janina Gavankar who voiced Tatai in the Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds DLC who might have just spilt the beans on a possible sequel to the highly successful PS4 exclusive.

The post was found over on Reddit by user ninjyte. Gavankar, who portrayed Iden Versio in Star Wars Battlefront II was speaking to fans at the Star Wars Celebration in Chicago when she made the statement. One fan thanked the voice actress for introducing her Horizon Zero Dawn in which she replied “Just wait until you see the sequel, you’re gonna die. I know some secrets, you’re gonna die.”.

Gavankar’s character, Tatai was only present in the game’s DLC where her character was headed to Sundom to learn how to harvest machines. Those of you who played the DLC would know that it kind of sets up the events for the future of the series which means Gavankar may have some insight to the development and story of the Horizon Zero Dawn sequel.

If there is indeed a sequel in the works then Sony is still far off from announcing it. Could it be a PS4 game or will it be moved to the next-gen hardware? Who knows. This is also not the first time we have seen the game pop up as last year Guerilla opened up positions at its studio that hinted at a possible sequel to the open world game too.
