At the official Huawei Mate 30 Series reveal event this afternoon, the tech giant announced the previously-leaked Huawei Mate 30 Series including the Mate 30 Pro, Mate 30 Lite, and Mate 30.

The standout features of the new Mate 30 series is no doubt the new camera system that Huawei is further enhancing even more than the P30 Pro. The device design is inspired by digital cameras from the back camera system design to the top and bottom too.
Huawei Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro, and Mate 30 Lite
The Mate 30 features a new “Horizon Display which Huawei claims is the best display ever on a smartphone. It features an 18.4;9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 2400×1176. It also features cinematic colour and an anti-blue light with 25% less harmful light emitting from the display.
The device features a new side touch design in which you can control the volume of the phone without a button. Instead of pressing a button you now tap the invisible virtual keys to interact with your device.
The phones come in a range of new shades including a selection of vegan leather backs. Other colours include silver, green, purple, and black.
Both the Mate 30 Pro and Mate 30 feature the new Kirin 990 chip which includes a built-in 5G modem. The company claims the phone has 14 antennas for 5G and 21 antennas in total.
The rear camera system is the most impressive on the device. This circular camera array contains the four sensors which range from a 40-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an ultra-wide 16-megapixel f/2.2 camera, an 8 -megapixel f/2.4 telephones sensor and a laser focus sensor.
