South Africans can soon pick up two new smartphones from Huawei. The company launched the Huawei Nova 8 and Huawei Nova Y60 which are both now ready to pre-order in the country. Huawei says that both of these devices mark a fantastic budget entry device for consumers while also offering high-end flagship performance and features.
The Huawei Nova 8 comes in a Blush Gold colour and packs an ultra-thin body and a 6.57-inch 90Hz OLED panel. It comes equipped with a four-camera array and a 32MP front-facing selfie camera. Huawei has also equipped the Nova 8 with special graphene cooling to keep the device’s temperature down during heavy gaming.

As for the Huawei Nova Y60, this device also comes with some fantastic performance and features and marks a great entry point for users. It packs an AI Triple Camera, a 6.6 FullView display and is available in a range of colours including Crush Green and Midnight Black.

The Huawei Nova 8 is set to launch on 1 September. South Africans can pre-order the phone for a special price of R10,099. This pre-order offer also comes bundled with a pair of Huawei FreeBuds 4i and a Watch GT valued at R5,698. The first 100 customers will also grab a special limited edition pair of Bathu sneakers designed after the Nova 8.
