Ubisoft has highlighted its post-launch plans for the upcoming open-world RPG Immortals: Fenyx Rising. For those who don’t know, the game is a Breath of the Wild-inspired open-world RPG where players explore the gorgeous lands in a mythological Greece, fight demons, gather loot and power up their character with new awesome skills and abilities. The game is set to launch on 3 December 2020 and while players will spend most of your time exploring the Greek lands, Ubisoft will add a Chinese mythological area to explore in the game’s season pass.

Episode 1, A New God follows Fenyx as they undertake the Trial of the Olympians. This is a series of challenges hosted by the various gods players will meet throughout the main game. Ubisoft describes them as “new types of puzzles set against the stunning backdrop of the home of the Greek Gods, Olympos”. At the end of it all, players will then face Zeus himself.
Episode 2, Myths of the Eastern Realm introduces a whole new hero and area. Players will meet Ku and journey across a new open-world area set long before the events of the original game. “When a brutal war breaks out between Heaven and Earth, humanity is turned back into the clay that the Goddess Nuwa formed them from. But…Ku, escapes the curse of the broken heavens and emerges into the fallen world.” The DLC promised new Chinese deities and monsters alongside unique fighting styles based on Chinese martial arts.
Episode 3, The Lost Gods is the final chapter in Season Pass. It will come with new brawler-style combat as well as a new isometric camera mode and a new playable hero in the form of Ash. This hero comes with its own new abilities and customization system.
