June 2020 is going to be a month to remember. According to multiple sources, gamers can expect to see E3 level announcements coming from Sony in regards to the PS5 and Microsoft and their Xbox Series X. In addition, the month will play host to multiple online game announcements through other events.

The biggest announcements, of course, will come from the planned Sony event. Sony is said to be hosting their big PS5 reveal on 4 June 2020 where the company will finally showcase the console as well as dozens of first-party and third-party titles. However, the date has not been announced yet and sources claim it may be delayed into the second week of June. Regardless, it will happen in June
As for the NGPX (New Game+ Expo), it kicks off on 23 June and according to sources, will also play host to some next-gen game reveals.
It is about time we see next-gen plans from both Microsoft and Sony. While Microsoft has been more transparent about their upcoming Xbox Series X, we still have yet to see any first-party games, pricing or release date. As for the PS5, well, we know almost nothing about the console other than the specs and the controller. It has been months of rumours and it is about time we put them all to rest.
