KFC is a headline sponsor for Comic Con Africa this year and of course, this means the brand will bring its popular Kentucky Town to the expo along with limited edition items, merchandise and more. From 22 – 25 September, Comic Con Africa visitors will be able to enjoy a Limited Edition KFC Kentucky Town menu with hand-crafted food designed especially around the world of pop culture.
KFC will include meals such as The One Ring Chicken Donuts, The OP Donut Zinger Burger, Player One Box Meals, The Hero Combo, The Doom Burger, The Blaze Burger and other unique items on the menu. You’ll even be able to order the KFC Cake is a Lie brownie milkshake or the Yum Yum It Is salted caramel milkshake at the show.

Outside of the special menu, the KFC Kentucky Town at Comic Con Africa will also host a wide range of items for sale. You’ll be able to purchase The Zinger Sauce, The Dunked Sauce and The Colonel’s Dressing all for R50 a bottle. KFC will also sell unique Comic Con Africa merchandise including hoodies, lounge shorts, varsity jackets, crop tops and more.

Every day at Kentucky Town fans can enter the Zinger Hot AF Lap Challenge Qualifiers to stand a chance of winning an Xbox Series X Console set worth R15 000. The fastest four fans each day will speed their way into the daily finals, hosted on the main stage from 17:00 to 18:00. Here KFC will test their ability to handle the heat – literally – both on and off the gaming console.
