Killing Floor 3 To Launch Before April 2025

Almost a decade after the launch of Killing Floor 2, Embracer Group has confirmed that the much-anticipated sequel is set to launch before the end of March. Killing Floor 3 was announced back in August of last year and we haven’t heard much about the game since. Tripwire is seemingly gearing up to showcase the shooter next month during the PC Gaming Show.

The Killing Floor 3 release window comes from the Embracer Group’s latest financial report. The company says it has over 70 projects in development across its studios. These projects include titles from Saber Interactive, Gearbox Entertainment and Tripwire Interactive.

The company followed up by confirming two key releases are the main focus for the year ahead. One is the recently announced Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and the other is Killing Floor 3. Both games are scheduled to launch during Embracer’s current financial year which ends on 31 March 2025.

“A key assumption for our view of the year is that two key releases, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and Killing Floor 3, within PC/Console, will reach the market successfully, largely in line with Dead Island 2 and Remnant 2”

Both games are scheduled to launch on PC and consoles.

Over the past few weeks, Tripwire has been sharing new developer updates on Killing Floor 3. During a special Killing Floor 15th Anniversary Developer Diary, the studio threw back at the origins of the Zed and even showcased some early gameplay footage of the sequel.
