Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has received a new gameplay teaser trailer at Gamescom Opening Night Live 2024, pointing to its full gameplay reveal taking place on 21 August. The teaser briefly showed off some new scenery, combat and story, though fans will have to wait for the full gameplay event to find out all the details. Additionally, developer Warhorse Studios reaffirmed the sequel’s release date of 11 February 2025.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will get a more in-depth gameplay deep dive tomorrow as part of Gamescom. Warhorse Studios debuted a teaser at the show’s Opening Night Live to give fans a taste of what’s to come.
The story description for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 reads:
“Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is set in Bohemia, Early 15th Century: chaos has befallen the kingdom. As invaders pillage this ungoverned land, sowing fear and terror, Henry of Skalitz seeks revenge for his murdered family. Now a trusted member of the rightful king’s allies, Henry is sent to escort Sir Hans Capon on a diplomatic mission. After they are ambushed and nearly killed, the two young men embark on a series of perilous adventures, putting their skills, character and friendship to the ultimate test.”
