Stellar Blade, this year’s PS5 exclusive action title from developer Shift Up, continues to get new content thanks to frequent updates. The latest update shared by Shift Up adds two new outfits for Eve as well as easier hair customisation, bug fixes, some gameplay adjustments and more.
The two new outfits available for Eve include the FourSeconds Destroyed Denim and the Cyber Illusionist. Additionally, Stellar Blade now has a hair slot in the menu that allows you to change Eve’s hairstyle at any time. The update also allows you to now toggle the “skip” UI for cutscenes on or off if you prefer your cinematics to be without any distractions on-screen.
Shift Up also implemented some minor gameplay adjustments such as an improved jump direction while swinging on a rope. Boss challenges will now keep the costume you changed instead of reverting back to the default costume for the fight. Once you reach the credits, you’ll also find a new button that lets you speed scroll through the end credits. Finally, Shift Up also worked on extra bug fixes, further polishing the game.

In related news, Shift Up says it’s currently exploring a PC port of Stellar Blade as well as a potential sequel. The game sold fairly well as previous reports stated that it was almost sold out in retail stores across Japan at launch.
