It seems as the days go by, more and more people are getting their hands on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 console. Yesterday, a leaked unboxing of the console went up that showed the inside of the retail box and confirmed, according to the uploader, that the console was useless without a day-one update.
This morning, more videos from more uploaders have been spotted. One video shows the system asking for an update when attempting to connect to the Nintendo eShop. Another video reveals the setup process for the console.
The good news is the Nintendo Switch 2 console has a pretty cool setup process. The first time you launch into the unit, it will play some music and start up with an awesome boot sequence. The bad news is this only happens once. When the console has been booted up for the first time and the setup is completed, the sequence doesn’t show again. Here’s the intro animation and music in action:

Another video uploaded by a different user shows him attaching the Joy-Con 2 controllers to the unit. He shows how easy it is to slot them into the console even if the unit is standing upright on the table. He essentially does it with one hand.

There’s another video below, although not great at all, that shows the unit booting up again but this time, without the boot sequence.
