CI Games will officially showcase gameplay for the much anticipated Lords of The Fallen later today. The premiere will kick off at 15:00 CAT / 6 am PT / 9 am ET / 15:00 CEST.
We have already seen some Lords of The Fallen gameplay from the previous reveal trailers but this new footage is said to showcase actual in-game footage of what players will experience. Up to now, CI Games has shared an incredible CG trailer, some in-game footage and other tidbits of videos. While some of this content has been in-game, they are mostly been scripted and haven’t represented the experience players will have.

The reveal comes right before the next big gaming season kicks off. Next week, Sony will host its PlayStation Showcase event which marks the start of the June madness. Microsoft is then set to host its Xbox Games Showcase the week after followed by The Summer Game Fest.
Lords of the Fallen hasn’t been dated yet but previous reports claim that the game is set to launch on 13 October for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The same report claims that CI Games has rebranded the game by dropping the “The” from “The Lords of The Fallen“. This seems pretty accurate given that the gameplay reveal teaser now refers to the game as “Lords of The Fallen“.
For those who don’t know, Lords of The Fallen is an ambitious sequel to the 2014 soulslike RPG of the same name. The sequel is set in a large open world where players take on the role of a fabled Dark Crusader. Their goal is to overthrow Adyr, the demon God.
Lords of the Fallen has been built on Unreal Engine 5 and features some of the latest advancements in game design. As a result, the game features highly detailed environments, character gear, lighting effects and more. We recently covered the vast technological advancements in the game here.
