Marvel has released the first teaser trailer for Eternals. The trailer kicks off on a beach as a massive alien ship appears out of the sky. We then get a glimpse of Ikaris and Sersi. Sersi begins to speak saying “we have watched, and guided,” Sersi says. “We have helped them progress and seen them accomplish wonders. Throughout the years, we have never interfered. Until now.”
Throughout the trailer, we get a glimpse of the Eternals living their lives and trying to blend into the modern-day Earth. The trailer showcases Angelina Jolie, Gemma Chan, Richard Madden and many more. These characters are known as the Eternals, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years.
Marvel’s Eternals is set to launch in cinemas in November 2021.
Directed by Chloé Zhao from a screenplay by Matthew and Ryan Firpo, Eternals stars Gemma Chan as Sersi, Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as Phastos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Don Lee as Gilgamesh, Angelina Jolie as Thena, Barry Keoghan as Druig and Kit Harington as Dane Whitman/Black Knight.
