The cool-looking Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition PS5 Console Bundle has been hit with a slight delay in South Africa. Gamers expecting to pick up the unit on its original 1 September launch date will have to wait a little longer. Due to inbound shipping timelines, the shipment carrying these consoles won’t land in SA until later in September.
At the moment, there isn’t an exact street date for the stock. That’s because various other obstacles might or might not get in the way including port authorities and regional distribution. Gamefinity says customers should have their consoles in late September at this rate. Keep in mind that this might also change and stock may arrive sooner than expected.
The good news is that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller is still on track for its launch on 1 September. So if you ordered that or plan on picking one up, you can find it in stores starting then. Either way, you’ll definitely have both your DualSense Controller and PS5 console ready for the game’s launch on 20 October.
We still don’t have any update on those pretty PS5 console covers which were recently targeted by scalpers. Seems they are the most-wanted item in the full collection of limited edition products.
