If you have never watched a Men in Black film then what is going on with you? The popular series is all about fighting alien scum and the reboot is looking to take the films back to its roots. Sony announced last night that the upcoming fourth Men in Black film, which is actually a reboot will be titled “Men in Black: International” and will open in cinemas on 14 June 2019.
The movie has been in development since early this year and stars Marvel Thor’s Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson. The two will play Agent M and Agent H. According to reports, Liam Neeson has also been cast for the film.
While the original Men in Black, Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones will not be in the film, Emma Thompson will be reprising her role of Agen O. The film will also star Rebecca Ferguson, Rafe Spall and Kumail Nanjaini. Steven Spielberg is back as executive producer for the movie and Barry Sonnenfeld, who directed all the past films is back directing Men in Black: International.
While very little is known about the plot of the film at this time, according to Wikipedia, “A London-based team of Men in Black (MIB) secret agents become involved in a murder mystery that sends them travelling the globe”. We see now what it is called Men in Black: International.
