RedGamingTech claims that Konami is working on re-releasing the entire collection of Metal Gear Solid 2, 3, and 4. However, only the first game is getting a full remake while the others are a simple port or remaster. It is unclear yet whether or not all the games will arrive on PS5 or if only the Metal Gear Solid Remake is set to launch on the console.

RedGamingTech did not share how far in development Konami is with this remake. It is not the first time we have heard about the game’s revival. Sony has been putting a lot of money into third-party developers to secure PlayStation exclusive games. Even if these are just timed such as the Final Fantasy VII Remake.

Over the past few months, we have seen multiple reports of Sony and Konami forming a relationship. The developer is reportedly working on a Silent Hill game exclusive to PS5 and now this Metal Gear Solid Remake. Other than PES 2020, Konami has had a quiet year in gaming. Perhaps they are cooking up all these reported games for us to enjoy in 2021? Who knows right now.

Keep in mind that this is all just a rumour until proven real. Take it with a pinch of salt for now. You can watch the full video of the report down below;
