Capcom has revealed the second big Monster Hunter World: Iceborne update is headed to consoles on 5 December 2019 and will come with a new monster, weapons and a new region. While the new content has been teased, Capcom will be fully revealing the details of the upcoming update on 4 December 2019.

So far we know that the Monster Hunter World: Iceborne December 5 update will include a new fanged wyvern called Stygian Zinogre and a new region in the Guiding Lands. Along with that will come new armour sets, weapons and more including items, Palico gear and of course, materials to collect to make it all.
According to Capcom, the Stygian Zinogre is known as the Hell Wolf Wyvern and is one of the most powerful monsters in the series. It is powered by the light and its abilities will mix up the combat during every encounter.
Capcom released a new trailer for the monster which gives us a little taste at what is to come.

You can expect more details revealed on 4 December, the day before Capcom rolls out the update for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. For those of you waiting for the PC release, the latest update will be included in the expansion rollout on 9 January 2020 when the game launches for PC on Steam.
