While Nintendo is still (hopefully) hard at work preparing for its Switch 2 announcement, the console has been falling victim to leaks mostly every day now. With CES underway in Las Vegas, major accessory brands have now added to these leaks by sharing more accessories for the console. The latest is GENKI, which hasn’t been shy in sharing a full video of the console alongside some of the cool accessories you’ll be able to pick up for it.
Attendees at CES 2025 spotted the stand that seemingly had a trailer for the Nintendo Switch 2 accessories on loop. While this was cool to see at first, upon visiting the brand’s website, you’ll see that this video has been uploaded to the home page too.
The video showcases the hard shell case for the console, some detachable hand grips, and a charging dock for the Joy-Con 2. Most shockingly of all, there’s a shot of the Switch 2 being docked in what looks like an official Switch 2 dock. The dock has the Nintendo Switch 2 logo on the front and bears the same rounded edge design we have seen in previous leaks.

The video doesn’t shy away from showcasing the console in all angles. It reveals the U-shaped kickstand, the two USB-C ports, the orange and blue button and analogue trimmings, and even the screen display size. Of course, the video doesn’t show any of the OS. This is obviously a 3D render, so it makes sense.
Once an interesting thing I noticed was the Joy-Con 2 shot. You can see the Joy-Cons being removed from the body by pressing in the larger button on the side. Up to now, I had assumed this larger button was a paddle button. Given that it is substantially larger than the original Switch’s eject button, it is strange that Nintendo had to make it so big. Perhaps it doubles up as a release button and additional gamepad button?
There’s also a shot of the side of the Joy-Con 2 showing a red blinking light in the sensor hole. This could confirm that the Joy-Con 2 includes an optical laser sensor for mouse functionality. Why you would use the controller as a mouse is still a mystery, but all signs seem to confirm the tech.
You can watch the video for yourself on the GENKI website. Below, there’s a post of even more accessories. These include additional gamepads, and Joy-Con attachments.

With so many leaks, we’re now patiently waiting for Nintendo to do something…. anything. You can also catch up on this week’s earlier leak that showed us the best shot of the Joy-Con 2 so far.
