A Mortal Kombat 1 modder has found a new way to ruin your childhood. New mods for the violent fighting game replace fighters with characters from Disney, DreamWorks and other known franchises such as Family Guy and Rick and Morty. The results are hilarious and a bit disturbing, especially seeing Woody and Jessie from Toy Story team up to take down Sully from Monsters Inc.
The mods for Mortal Kombat 1 were created by modder Toasted Shoes, who replaced certain fighters in the game with characters from beloved animated franchises. Of the several clips circulating Twitter/X, the standouts are Woody and Jessie from Toy Story fighting Sully and Boo from Monsters Inc., Rick Sanchez and Mr. Meeseeks fighting Peter Griffin from Family Guy and, uh, Carl Fredricksen from Up.

The list of characters that Toasted Shoes included in the Mortal Kombat 1 mod is vast and growing, including Spider-Man, Wolverine and even Mickey Mouse, who is now public domain. Sorry, Disney lawyers. Have a look at Woody destroying Sully below:
