Mortal Kombat 11 will be the official follow-up to the 2015 super-violent and graphic game, Mortal Kombat X. It was confirmed that the game will officially be launched on 23 April 2019. Mortal Kombat 11 will be available to play on all platforms, which includes the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC.

The all new Custom Character Variations give you unprecedented control to customize the fighters and make them your own. The new graphics engine showcasing every skull-shattering, eye-popping moment, brings you so close to the fight you can feel it. And featuring a roster of new and returning Klassic Fighters, Mortal Kombat’s best in class cinematic story mode continues the epic saga over 25 years in the making.

Based on the reveal trailer, Mortal Kombat 11 looks to be beautifully gruesome. It’s one of the most violent franchises on the video gaming scene, and if you’re a little sensitive, then it might not be the franchise for you. The reveal trailer for Mortal Kombat 11 shows Raiden and Scorpio engaged in one bloody and brutal battle, while a cool tune by 21 Savage, called Immortal, sets the mood.

The original Mortal Kombat was released back in 1992 as an arcade game. Since then, the franchise has seen many follow up games, movies, shows, etc. It’s become embedded in pop culture, with Mortal Kombat 11 reaching new levels of hype for the franchise.

The full reveal trailer for the game is set for release on 17 January 2019. Until then, you can watch the reveal trailer a few hundred times and play Mortal Kombat X until your hands start to cramp.
