First Ubisoft announces a brand-new South African Operator Melusi (and Ace from Norway but we don’t care as much about him). Now, prepare for the MSI Rainbow Six Siege Brawl Cup taking place in the coming weeks in SA. Ubisoft has teamed up with MSI and Mettstate to host the tournament.
According to a press release, the decision to use Rainbow Six Siege as the game of choice is purely due to fan and player requests. It was the game in the top two most requested games in a survey hosted by Mettlestate. In addition, the South African servers also help make this possible.
Registration for the competition kicks off on 25 May 2020. Entries are limited to 32 teams. The cup will be double elimination with a prize pool of R20,000. The qualifiers will not be streamed live. However, Mettlestate and MSI will be streaming the semi-finals and the finals so viewers can tune into the exciting matches. More details will follow soon.
Registration opens on 25 May and teams can register by visiting the play.mettlestate.com site.
There’s also a cool little MSI Rainbow Six Siege Brawl Cup teaser to watch down below. Dates and times will be shared after the registration process concludes.
GLITCHED was created by taking everything we love and putting into one place. The idea that one can love all the cool things is not hard to comprehend, you just need to find a place for it. That place is GLITCHED..
