If you don’t know by now, The Last of Us Part 2 leaked online with some heavy spoilers. Over the weekend, major spoilers uploaded to Reddit and ResetEra that reveal plot points, gameplay details and much more. The internet is no longer a safe place to hang out until the game launches on its new release date, 19 June 2020.

Naughty Dog responded to the leaks on Twitter;

This is by no means a solution to the problem. What can Naughty Dog do at this point other than releasing the game early? It is quite sad to see how many fans have gone and discovered these spoilers online. The same fans went onto social media to share them too. It is quite tough to avoid them at this point so if you can stay away from social media, do so.
The Last of Us Part II is set for release on 19 June 2020. Sony announced a release date for the game last night after delaying it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company delayed the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima at the same time pushing its release date a month ahead to 17 July 2020. Let’s hope these two PS4 games launch on time. Fans of the series have been patient for quite some time now awaiting the launch of these PS4 exclusive titles.
