EA Games is getting ready to reveal Need for Speed Unbound later today but the company won’t have much to showcase at this rate. After the game’s key art leaked yesterday, screenshots and even the release date have now leaked online ahead of the reveal. According to a new listing, Need for Speed Unbound is set to launch on 2 December this year and at the time of writing, only PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC has been confirmed at launch platforms. This means Need for Speed Unbound might skip PS4 and Xbox One.
Screenshots of the game have also been spotted online showcasing the game’s so-called “anime” look. EA Games and Criterion decided to go with a new art style for Need for Speed Unbound that features anime characters and cartoon-style effects throughout the game. For example, the one screenshot reveals A$AP Rocky being in the game as a cartoon figure.

Apart from the leaked Need for Speed Unbound screenshots and release date, the game’s official description was also spotted online. It confirms the game is set in a city called Lake Shore.
