Netflix’s The Witcher will be live on the streaming platform on 20 December 2019 and so far, early screenings of the show have people freaking out over how great it is. Netflix has been hosting a handful of early screenings across the world where attendees got to watch the first episode of the show. Many of the reactions praise the show’s action including the swordplay during fights with Geralt and whatever he is fighting on screen. Alisha Grauso claims that Netflix’s The Witcher blows whatever Game of Thrones had to offer out of the water in that regard.

Twitter user WitcherPodcast says the Netflix’s The Witcher fights makes “Game of Thrones fight scenes look like two drunks fighting outside a bar”.

Overall, the reception has been extremely positive from anyone that has seen the show. We will share our spoiler-free review on the full season closer to the launch on 20 December 2019.
