Netflix’s Trivia Quest is a 30-Episode Interactive Show That Looks Awesome

In April, Netflix is launching a new ambitious format of interactive episodes called Trivia Quest. For those who don’t know, Trivia Quest is a spin-off of Etermax’s Trivia Crack game available now on iOS and Android. However, Trivia Quest has been designed from the ground up for Netflix and the platform’s interactive media.

If you have watched Black Mirror: Bandersnatch or Netflix’s Cat Burglar you will feel right at home here. Trivia Quest, when it arrives on 1 April, will include 30 episodes throughout the month with new episodes available each day.

Users will have to answer 24 questions in each episode, 12 being easy ones and the other 12 being hard. The questions are based on a multiple-choice style and range across a handful of categories including sports, games, art, history etc. The story revolves around Willy who has to save his friends of Trivia Land who have been captured by a villain named Evil Rocky.

As players watch each episode and answer questions correctly, they will rack up points and unlock keys that open cages to save these characters. Players can go back and replay each episode to earn extra points which is useful if you didn’t get them all right the first time around.

As the days go by, you will learn more about the world of Trivia Land and the beings that live there. All while testing your knowledge about stuff. Trivia Quest is releasing on 1 April on Netflix and the interactive features are available on iOS, Android, smart TVs, set-top boxes and more. You can read the full list of supported platforms here.
