New Apex Legends Character Teased by Respawn Producer

Respawn’s Battle Royale title, Apex Legends, has been pulling in the players for EA and we recently learned the game has between eight and ten million players per week. Season 2 pushed the game in the right direction and I’m sure many players are looking forward to Season 3, which should begin shortly after the Apex Legends pre-season Invitational in September, and with it, a new Apex Legends character. This will most likely be Crypto.

With Season 2, we got Wattson and ever since the Season 2 trailer, a new Apex Legends character was teased. Many speculate that this is in fact, Crypto. Now, Respawn producer Tina Sanchez has teased a new Apex Legends character with new images on Twitter.

Tina was instantly asked if this was Crypto, to which she responded with an emoji without a mouth, indicating that she can’t say any more on the matter. Crypto’s laptop was spotted in the world when Season 2 kicked off and it was also teased in the Season 2 trailer that this new Apex Legends character is behind the destruction that took place.

However, keep in mind that the next Legend has not been confirmed by the developer yet and we will have to wait and see until or after the Apex Legends pre-season Invitational tournament, which takes place from 13 to 15 September 2019. You can read more about the tournament here.
