The Battlefield 2042 beta dates have reportedly leaked online. According to multiple sources, the new dates are set for 6-9 October for early access members. In addition, Battlefield 2042 will then enter open beta the following week on 13 – 16 October.
The leak arrives thanks to live streaming page BiliBili who prematurely published the streaming event schedule for Battlefield 2042 before it was meant to go live. The key art for the streaming event mentions the Battlefield 2042 beta dates which are set for 6-9 October.
EA Games was originally meant to host a Battlefield 2042 beta this month. However, the game was recently delayed from its initial 22 October release date to 19 November. The original beta was set for 25 September but the delay forced EA to cancel this test.
Players should get the official confirmation for the Battlefield 2042 beta any day now. Last week, Amazon started sending off beta codes to pre-order customers before they were meant to go out. These beta codes will cover the upcoming test.
Of course, this leak could also be incorrect so take it with a pinch of salt for now. We do know that EA Games is hosting a Battlefield 2014 beta before the game launches but with the new 19 November release date, this beta might even take place in early November instead. It all depends on how complete the game is and whether or not DICE and EA are ready for players to test it out.
