Capcom has announced a new Spotlight showcase for next week, offering closer looks at the company’s upcoming games like Pragmata and Resident Evil Requiem. Capcom revealed that the Spotlight event will also explore updates for Monster Hunter Wilds and Street Fighter 6.
The next Capcom Spotlight showcase will take place on Thursday, 26 June at 12AM SAST / 3PM PT and will run for 40 minutes. Capcom revealed that viewers can expect updates on Monster Hunter Wilds, Street Fighter 6, Pragmata and Resident Evil Requiem, which was recently revealed during Summer Game Fest.
It will be exciting to see new gameplay for Resident Evil Requiem, which will apparently allow players to switch between first-person and third-person perspectives at any time. The ninth mainline Resident Evil title will feature Grace Ashcroft, the daughter of Alyssa Ashcroft from Resident Evil Outbreak, as the protagonist, though there’s speculation that Leon S. Kennedy will play a pivotal role in the game as the unrevealed second playable character.
