A new Fortnite leak has revealed that Ezio Auditore from Assassin’s Creed 2 will be hitting the battle royale soon. Epic Games have yet to make an official announcement about the crossover, but images have already found their way online all but confirming the popular assassin’s arrival in Fortnite.

Twitter account Fortnite News recently revealed that Ezio will be coming to the game sometime in the future, as images of the character have already appeared online. Both versions show Ezio with and without his hood.

The skin is clearly based on Ezio’s appearance in Assassin’s Creed 2, showing a much younger assassin than he was before the events of Brotherhood and Revelations. Check out the images below:

Epic Games have been dabbling in pop culture crossovers since the game’s launch, with many notable ones including most of the Marvel category and the MCU, some DC characters, video game icons like Master Chief and Kratos, and more that is definitely on the horizon.

Ubisoft and Epic Games have yet to announce anything related to an Assassin’s Creed crossover event happening in Fortnite, so we’ll have to wait for some confirmation from them. However, Fortnite News has been accurate in their leaks in the past so it’s worth investing some faith into this leak.

Fortnite recently added both the video game and movie iterations of Uncharted‘s Nathan Drake as part of the movie’s promotion, showing Nathan Drake in his game form as well as Tom Holland’s take on the protagonist.

Fortnite Chapter 3 is currently underway with plenty of crossover events and popular character skins to come. It’s only a matter of time before Epic Games announces a new Assassin’s Creed event. The game is currently available on most consoles and PC.
