Next Free Game From The Epic Games Store Revealed & Grab Axiom Verge Now

Regardless of what many might think about the whole war between the Epic Games Store and Steam, escalated further by Metro Exodus’ timed exclusivity, there’s a very good reason to at least have an Epic Games Store account. For those who have been living under a rock, Epic promised a free game every two weeks for a year on their store and they are making good on that promise. Today, you can grab Axiom Verge for free and keep it forever. But that’s not all, as the next free game from the Epic Games Store has also been revealed.

With Axiom Verge now being free on the Epic Games Store, you can grab this freebie right here. Axiom Verge is available until 21 February and if you grab it in time, it will be yours to keep forever. Since Axiom Verge is now free, Epic revealed the next free game from the Epic Games Store as Thimbleweed Park.

Thimbleweed Park is a point-and-click adventure title with a premise that sounds pretty cool if you ask me. This is an indie game created by Ron Gilbert and Gary Winnick from Terrible Toybox Inc. The game has an 84 critic score and an 81 user review score on Metacritic and it has an overall “very positive” user review rating on Steam.

You will be able to grab Thimbleweed Park for free from the Epic Games Store starting on 21 February until 7 March 2019. For those who need a bit more information about a free game, check out the game’s description and trailer below.

About Thimbleweed Park

A haunted hotel, an abandoned circus, a burnt-out pillow factory, a dead body pixelating under the bridge, toilets that run on vacuum tubes… you’ve never visited a place like this before.

In Thimbleweed Park, a dead body is the least of your problems. Switch between five playable characters to uncover the surreal secrets of this strange town in a modern mystery adventure game from the creators of Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion. The deeper you go, the weirder it gets.
