The Pokemon Company and Nintendo have confirmed the next Pokemon Presents showcase will take place on 22 July 2025. Fans can tune into the broadcast to learn “the latest news and updates from the world of Pokemon”, though no other details were shared.
The announcement for the next Pokemon Presents was shared alongside the recent release date reveal of Pokemon Legends Z-A, which will be coming to both the original Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Fans aren’t sure what to expect for the next Pokemon Presents, though it’s unlikely that the next generation will be revealed until after Legends Z-A launches.
The last Pokemon Presents was held on 27 February this year and featured updates on Pokemon GO, Pokemon Masters EX, Pokemon Café Remix and Pokemon Sleep. New Pokemon Concierge episodes were also revealed to be in production. Additionally, the company also announced new playable characters for Pokemon UNITE as well as the Triumphant Light themed booster pack for Pokemon TCG Pocket. Mega Evolution Cards were also revealed to be returning to the Pokemon Trading Card Game.
If the next Presents showcase follows a similar path, we can look forward to more merchandise updates and possibly new content coming to the various mobile titles. There’s a good chance we’ll get another glimpse of Pokemon Legends Z-A ahead of its release in October.
