Nintendo Finally Changed The Switch Console Colour With its New Mario Bundle

Nintendo has announced a new limited edition Switch console which will release alongside the upcoming Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury on 12 February 2021. Not only is the game looking pretty damn fantastic but the new console bundle is Nintendo’s most ambitious new bundle to date. For the first time since its launch back in 2017, the company has changed the actual Switch console shell from black to red.

Up to now, users who purchased the Nintendo Switch (non-Lite) console had to deal with the boring black device. Thankfully, the new Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury console has switched that up. Not only is the dock a striking red but the device itself is made from the same red plastic. In addition, the bundle comes with a cool red and blue carry pouch, Joy-Cons and grip. This is most likely the must-have Switch console variant of its generation.
