In less than 24 hours, we’ll be sitting soaking up all the new Nintendo Switch 2 news. Nintendo is expected to host its Switch 2-focused Direct at 15:00 SAST tomorrow as the company lays down everything we need to know about the console.
In a press release, Nintendo has confirmed with us that the Direct stream is 60 minutes long and will be entirely focused on the upcoming console. You’ll be able to watch it live on the Nintendo UK YouTube channel here.
So to sum it up, Nintendo Switch 2 Direct – Tuesday, 2 April at 15:00 South African time here.
We don’t know exactly what we’ll get from the stream at this rate. However, reports claim that Nintendo will debut a number of first-party games and fully showcase the console and its features. We might also get a release date and pricing. Rumours claim the console is planned to launch globally in late May or early June with pre-orders opening within a few days of tomorrow’s Direct.
