Nintendo has announced the release date and pricing for the Switch 2. The console will release globally on 5 June. At launch, the console will come in two bundles. There’s the standard Switch 2 console and a Mario Kart World + Nintendo Switch 2 console bundle.
The standard bundle will retail for $449 and the Mario Kart World Bundle for $499. This game bundle is limited and will only be available for sale for a limited time until the later end of 2025. We are awaiting local pricing and information.
Nintendo lists the contents of the console box to including the following:
- Nintendo Switch 2 console
- Joy-Con 2 controllers (L+R)
- Joy-Con 2 Grip
- Joy-Con 2 Straps
- Nintendo Switch 2 Dock
- Ultra High-Speed HDMI Cable
- Nintendo Switch 2 AC Adapter
- USB-C Charging Cable
Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 are expected to go live on 9 April in North America.
