Team17 and Ghost Town Games are releasing their couch co-op kitchen fiasco party game on next-gen consoles later this year. Overcooked! All You Can Eat is a remaster of the original game along with Overcooked! 2. The game is built from the ground up to make use of the PS5 and Xbox Series X hardware. In addition to a complete revamp of the original game visually, both games will also boast 4K 60FPS and lightning-fast load times.
For the first time, the original Overcooked! game will get online multiplayer support. In addition, both games will get cross-play across PS5 and Xbox Series X. According to the trailer, Overcooked! All You Can eat seems to be the complete package of the series. This includes all DLCs and chefs. The game will pack over 200 levels and 120 playable characters.
For those who are new to the series, Team17 and Ghost Town Games have developed an assist mode that will let players slow the timeouts on recipes, lengthen rounds and just skip levels outright. The game also includes some quality of life changes such as scaleable UI, tex sizes and a colourblind mode.
Check out the announcement trailer down below. The game launches sometime later this year.
