Peaky Blinders: Mastermind Game Announced for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch

Peaky Blinders: Mastermind is a brand new puzzle-adventure game coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch later this year. The game follows in the series’ footsteps and takes place in Birmingham, England during the 19th century. Like the show, the game will also follow the story of the Shelby crime family in the aftermath of the First World War.

Peaky Blinder: Mastermind game has been developed by FuturLab and published by Curve Digital. It focuses on a single line of dialogue spoken by one of its central characters during the first season of the show in the final episode;

We’ve designed our entire game around this idea.”[/perfectpullquote]

The gameplay is quite interesting and follows in what is mentioned above. The action plays out from an isometric perspective as players move one character around the map at a time. At the bottom of the screen is a timeline which players can use to turn the clock back and forth in order to set up the timing of the heist. Players can also use the system to lay synchronize the actions of multiple characters to pull off the heist.

Players will be able to alter the timeline as they plot actions for each character while paying attention to the movements of enemies and other characters at the same time. The game will require careful thinking as you map out the tracks of character along the time bar which resembles a music editor-like design.

While Peaky Blinders: Mastermind does not have a set release date as of yet, we know the game will be launching in “summer” (winter here) for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch. Take a look at the full gameplay reveal down below;
