PlayStation Australia has launched a special campaign called PlayStation to Plate in the region to celebrate gaming. The division aims to form a connection between games and food by creating unique dishes based on popular PlayStation franchises.
Best of all, the PlayStation Australia division has also partnered with specific food outlets to make these dishes available to the public. So you can order them using the Deliveroo app from now until 12 December.

The dish is a steak sandwich inspired by The Last of Us Part II. It has been created by Mary’s Newtown. The owners of the food establishment created the same steak sandwich players receive at the start of the game. While we never actually see what’s inside the wrapper, Mary’s Newtown used their imagination and crafted a pretty tasty looking dish. The steak sandwich sounds like a Philly’s Cheesesteak and includes peppers, steak and cheese sauce.
Next up there’s the pasta that Nathan and Elena eat during the couch scene in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. This same dish is the one we see before they play Crash Bandicoot and fight over who is doing the dishes. The dish has been created by The Italian Bowl and includes Italian sausage, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, olives and penne.
Lastly, there’s the Sirangian Honey Mousse that is inspired by Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. The dish was created by Bistro Morgan Bakehouse and is crafted to be a “multi-dimension taste experience” thanks to its various layers. The dish includes a layer of strawberry jelly, a layer of house-made vanilla bean custard, chocolate cake squares and topped off with Sirangian Honey Mousse.
If you live in Australia and stay close to any one of these food establishments, you can use the Deliveroo app to order these dishes. If you don’t live near them, you’ll have to watch the videos instead.
