Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus game catalogue for April 2025 for Extra and Deluxe subscribers which includes some heavy-hitters like Hogwarts Legacy, Battlefield 1 and the new release, Blue Prince, which seems to be getting some of the highest review scores of the year so far. Meanwhile, the original Alone in the Dark 2 alongside War of the Monsters joins the Classics catalogue.
As of today, PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers can enjoy both Blue Prince and EA Sports PGA Tour on PS5. A new slate of games will be added on 15 April such as Hogwarts Legacy, Battlefield 1 and PlateUp! for PS4 and PS5. According to Sony, the War of the Monsters re-release being added to the Classics catalogue (available with a Deluxe subscription) will feature full trophy support including a Platinum trophy.
The following titles will be added to the PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe library from today and on 15 April.

The biggest game in the lineup is of course Hogwarts Legacy, which became 2023’s best-selling game after beating out Call of Duty in overall sales. Recent reports claimed that a DLC and long-rumoured Director’s Cut for the game were in the works at developer Avalanche before WB Games scrapped the project as part of a company restructuring. The good news is that a sequel is in the works and remains a major priority for the publisher. More players will now get to enjoy the first game on the PS Plus lineup.
