The PlayStation Plus July lineup has leaked for the Essentials tier. Sony will likely announce the games in the next day or so but for now, the leak seems quite legit. It also comes from the usually reliable leaker, Dealabs.
According to the leak, PlayStation Plus Essentials members will get Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, Alan Wake Remastered and Endling: Extinction is Forever. The games will include both PS4 and PS5 versions across all three titles.
