Sony recently held its new PlayStation State of Play event for February 2025 – a more low-key showcase than many were expecting, but nonetheless packed with interesting upcoming games, release date confirmations and one surprise reveal at the end for Returnal developer Housemarque’s new action game, Saros. The PlayStation State of Play February 2025 showcase started off on a strong note with Monster Hunter Wilds before diving into new trailers for upcoming games like Borderlands 4, Shinobi: Art of Vengeance and Digimon Story Time Stranger, among others. We also got a long-awaited release date for Lost Soul Aside and a promising first trailer for a new action game titled Tides of Annihilation.
