PlayStation State of Play September 2023 – When and Where to Watch

PlayStation recently announced that it will host a new State of Play event later today focusing on indie and third-party titles as well as some PS VR2 updates. However, it seems unlikely to feature any major first-party updates so fans hoping to see a batch of new PS5 exclusives might need to adjust their expectations. Here’s when and where you can watch tonight’s State of Play and what to expect.

Previous reports suggested that PlayStation would host a much bigger showcase for September but it looks like we might be getting a smaller event instead through a State of Play. If older State of Play showcases are anything to go by, then we shouldn’t expect any massive reveals beyond what has already been announced. Sony confirmed that it will “focus on indie and third-party titles from around the world” and will “focus on updates to previously announced games coming to PlayStation consoles.”
