The PlayStation Experience website is ramping up to host a special Gran Turismo 7 PS5 beta. According to GTPlanet, the site currently offers users a way to redeem beta codes for the game. However, all these codes are inactive at this point and don’t do anything.
It seems that anyone can access the beta menu by heading over to the site and choosing “Related Campaigns” and “Italia Quest”. A 10-second Gran Turismo 7 PS5 trailer then plays with the option to redeem a code for beta access.

Those of you who have previously participated in any Sony quests for avatars and themes will. recognize the system. It seems the company is ramping up to use the quest system to enable users a chance to access a beta for the upcoming racing game. However, Sony has yet to detail any plans for this at this point. If anything, it is also very early in the game’s development to offer a beta test to fans.
Sony announced back in February this year that Gran Turismo 7 would not make its original 2021 release window and that the game was delayed into 2022. Hosting a beta this early for the game sounds a bit strange but perhaps Sony wants to give PS5 owners a small taste of what is to come in the game.
According to reports, Sony is expected to host a PlayStation Experience event in August sometime. If these rumours are correct, hopefully, the console maker will announce something related to this Gran Turismo 7 beta then.
