A new show dubbed “Pokemon Journeys: The Series” is a brand new entry in the popular TV series and headed to Netflix in June. Netflix plays host to the show as the new exclusive home for upcoming seasons of the Pokemon animated series in the United States and other countries.

Pokemon Journeys: The Series follows longtime protagonist Ash Ketchum and his loyal partner Pikachu. The two set forth on a new adventure across multiple regions of the Pokemon World. The new series will set to debut on 12 June 2020.
The trailer hosts a range of reveals including multiple generations of Pokemon and new characters ash is going to meet along the way. He will also travel alongside a new partner and catch new monsters.
The announcement comes alongside a trailer which showcases the new show.

The Netflix partnership is a no-brainer. Netflix hosted the latest Mewtwo Strikes back and it was an overnight success for the platform. This is just the start of things to come for the franchie.
