Fortnite YouTuber Faze Jarvis who has been making Fortnite content for over a year now and is sitting on two million subscribers has been permanently banned from the game. This is due to him using aimbots in the Solo Battle Royale Mode.

The popular YouTuber did not hide the fact that he used aimbots and cheat software in-game and the video of him using the cheat software was uploaded with clear notice that he used it. Jarvis also used an alternative account during the recording of the video.

Jarvis deleted the video but someone saved it before it was pulled down. The montage shows Jarvis using the Fortnite aimbot for a full match of the game and even killing opponents from the other side of the map using a pistol.
Jarvis was then banned permanently after the video went live due to the Community Rules and EULA of the game. The YouTuber then issued a typical YouTube apology video titled “I’ve been banned from Fortnite. (I’m Sorry)”. In the video, he claims ‘It didn’t even cross my mind to think that I could be banned for life on Fortnite for those videos. I should have paid more attention to the community rules and the TOS of Fortnite.”

But Epic Games is not backing down. The developer takes this very seriously and speaking to Polygon they state: “We have a zero-tolerance policy for the usage of cheat software. When people use aimbots or other cheat technologies to gain an unfair advantage, they ruin games for people who are playing fairly.”
Jarvis is extremely emotional in the video he published as he slowly comes to terms with his perma-ban. Jarvis is upset that he will no longer be able to make Fortnite videos and be part of the community.
We are not sure if the ban can be appealed to Epic Games. We will share more information on the case as more unfolds. The lesson has been learnt, don’t use Fortnite aimbot software. Simple.
