The One Ring Magic: The Gathering card has now been sold to rapper Post Malone. The card has been described as the world’s rarest trading card with only one version ever printed during the limited-run Lord of the Rings collaboration.
This means there’s literally only one card available on the entire planet which is a tribute to the iconic One Ring from the books. Post Malone now owns this extremely rare card.

While it hasn’t been made public yet how much Malone paid for The One Ring Magic card, it has been valued at over $2 million. The rapper likely paid a bit more than that when he purchased the item from the lucky guy who found it in his booster pack earlier in June.
In a TikTok video, a user named Brook Trafton shared his experience of meeting Post Malone during the card exchange. He describes how selling it was a life-changing experience. Trafton says that he has played Magic: The Gathering since he was a kid and it would be amazing to keep the card.
When I found the One Ring, the first person who came to mind was Post Malone. I have played MTG since I was a kid and obviously it would be amazing to keep this card. But for a guy like me, being able to sell it is life changing. I just really hoped it would go to someone who would appreciate it as much as I do.
