If you have been under a rock for a couple of years then you may have missed Dreams. Media Molecule, the minds behind the LittleBigPlanet series first announced the game back in 2013 during the PS4 reveal event. It has been a long time coming and after months being in early access, Dreams has officially gone gold ahead of its release date next month.
The PS4 exclusive will be landing on consoles officially on 14 February 2020 and Dreams is set to be a landmark title for Sony and Media Molecule as the game follows in the “play, create, share” idea. Players can build anything they wish, play games and creations made by the developers and the rest of the world and share their own creations with the Dreams community.
Media Molecule revealed the good news on Twitter in a delightful photo of the final game disc. This disc is now sent to the manufacturer to get duplicated, boxed and shipped all over the world.
We’ve got some exciting news to share, CoMmunity… #DreamsPS4 has gone GOLD! ???
We’re all set for February 14th, 2020! Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown Dreams and Media Molecule! We’re so excited to continue this adventure with you! ❤️ pic.twitter.com/uThlWjwfex
