Insomniac Games has announced they the studio plans on updating the 2016 version of Ratchet and Clank to support 60FPS on the PS5. This means the game will run at 4K 60FPS once the update has been released. Insomniac Games last updated the game back when the PS4 Pro released in order to patch in a 4K checkerboard rendering method to support the super-boosted PS4 console.
Keep in mind that Ratchet and Clank is currently free until tomorrow, 31 March 2021 through the PlayStation Play At Home initiative. This means that all users who own the game will get the upgrade when it releases in April. Of course, you will need to own a PS5 in order to get the boost.
