We never thought we would see the day but Red Dead Redemption 2 has been announced for PC and it is releasing sooner than everyone expected. Rockstar revealed that the multi-award-winning video game will be coming to PC on 5 November 2019 with special bonuses for those who pre-order through the Rockstar Games Launcher.

Rockstar Games announced pre-orders will be opening on 8 October 2019. The game will feature a range of “graphical and technical enhancements for increased immersion along with new Bounty Hunting Missions, Gang Hideouts, Weapons and more”.
The PC version will also release alongside the game giving players access to the shared living world of Red Dead Online. Think of the game as the “full package” that includes all patches, updates an content drops to this point including Frontier Pursuits and the specialist Roles of Bounty Hunter, Trader and Collector.
Rockstar Games revealed that those who pre-purchase the game on the Rockstar Games Launcher up to 22 October 2019 will gain access to choose between two games which they will unlock for free. These include Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, Bully, L.A Noire or Max Payne 3.
Anyone who pre-purchases will also be upgraded to the Premium Edition for free and unlock the ability to purchase the Special Edition and Ultimate Edition upgrade for $20 less. Red Dead Redemption Premium Edition includes
- Outlaw Survival Kit for Story Mode
- War Horse for Story Mode
- Treasure Map for Story Mode
- Cash Bonus for Story Mode
- 50 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online
Lastly, Rockstar revealed Red Dead Redemption 2 PC will be launching on Google Stadia this November too when the service goes live. The game will also land on Steam and other retailers in December.
